电力工程企业引入第三方质量巡查机制的探讨

Investigation of Introducing the Third Party Quality Inspection Mechanism of the Power Engineering Enterprise

国内电力工程项目质量管理普遍存在项目多、资源少、监管难、风险大等问题,往往不能及时发现质量隐患、预防质量事故。文章立足于电力工程企业,从加强电力工程项目质量监管入手,比较传统质量巡查和第三方质量巡查两种模式,阐述引入第三方质量巡查机制的操作流程及注意事项,并结合实例分析第三方质量巡查机制的应用效果和在电力工程企业质量管理中的推广价值。

There are many problems in the quality management of domestic power engineering projects,such as amounts of projects,lack of resources,difficulty in supervision,high risk and so on.Usually the quality hidden danger can’t be find timely to prevent the quality accident.Based on the power engineering enterprises,the advantages and disadvantages of the traditional quality inspection and the third-party quality inspection modes are compared in this paper,which starts from strengthening the quality supervision of power engineering projects.The operation procedure and notice of introducing the third-party quality inspection mechanism are expounded.Combined with practical examples,the application effect of the third-party quality inspection mechanism and the promotion value in quality management of power engineering enterprises are analyzed.
