德法兼修:新时代卓越法治人才培养的实践进路探索

新时代“德法兼修”卓越法治人才培养是中国特色社会主义法治道路的内在要求,是全面依法治国的迫切需求,是高校立德树人的使命使然,具有深刻的时代意蕴。当前,我国法学教育教学中存在着德育教育、话语体系、教育内容、能力塑造、育人格局等方面的现实困境,应当紧紧立足于中国法治这个根本,坚持立德树人、德法兼修,以“复合型、应用型、创新性”法治人才培养为目标,推进融合式的“厚德育”铸魂工程,建构“话语+现实”的法治教育资源,创新“法学+”复合型人才培养机制,探索“知识+体验”的特色实践教育,深化多维度协同机制,为全面推进依法治国培养大批高素质法治人才。

In the new era,the cultivation of outstanding legal talents with"both morality and law"is the inherent requirement of the road of socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics,the urgent demand of comprehensively governing the country by law,and the mission of cultivating moral talents in colleges and universities,which has profound implications of the Times.At present,there are some practical difficulties in the teaching of law education in China,such as moral education,discourse system,educational content,capacity building and pattern of education,we should firmly base ourselves on the rule of law in China,insist morality education,cultivate both morality and law,in order to "compound,practical and innovative"the rule of law talents as the goal,promote the integration of"moral education"thick casting the soul of engineering,the construction of"discourse and reality"of the rule of law education resources,innovative "+" of law talents training mechanism,to explore the characteristics of"knowledge+experience"practice education,deepen the multidimensional collaborative mechanism,train a large number of high-quality for promoting the rule of law under the rule of law talent.
