原子吸收光谱法测定绿茶中微量金属元素的含量 被引量:1

Determination of Trace Metal Elements in Green Tea by Atomic Absorption Spectrometry

摘要 采用微波消解法对绿茶进行预处理,在最佳条件下运用火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定绿茶中Ca、Mg、Fe、Zn、Cu五种微量金属元素的含量。测得各金属元素的含量分别为Ca:2.7666 mg/g,Mg:3.5908mg/g,Fe:0.1361mg/g,Zn:0.0495mg/g,Cu:0.0144mg/g;RSD为0.11%~0.47%;各元素的检出限为0.0052μg·mL^(-1)~0.0304μg·mL^(-1);相关系数为0.9987~0.9995;加标回收率为97.64%~107.16%。 Green tea was treated with microwave digestion.Under the optimal experimental conditions,the content of 5 trace metal elements,i.e.Ca,Mg,Fe,Zn and Cn in the green tea were measured.The result was as followed:Ca 2.7666 mg/g,Mg 3.5908 mg/g,Fe 0.1361 mg/g,Zn 0.0495 mg/g,Cu 0.0144 mg/g;RSD is from 0.11%to 0.47%respectively;the detection limit of each element was from 0.0052μg/mL to 0.0304μg/mL;the correlation coefficient was from 0.9987 to 0.9995;the recovery of standard addition was from 97.64%to 107.16%.
