一种多转子复合冲击磨粉机的创新设计

摘要 一种多转子复合冲击磨粉机,由机架、进料、动力传动、复合冲击粉磨、成品抽取、自动稀油润滑、自动监控等部分组成。复合冲击磨粉部分由多转子冲击组件和反冲击组件构成。冲击组件的构成单元是标准单转子。冲击组件包涵在反击转子内采用行星围绕中心轴方式布置。两个进料口在破碎腔上部对称布置。成品由顶部两侧的抽取管通过抽风机抽取。机器内部形成负压工作状态。电机驱动主动齿轮及周边的从动齿轮转动,进而带动转子轴及冲击块将物料向外抛撒冲击。中心轴底端通过反转减速机带动反击转子作与标准转子相反方向的廽转,将物料反击破碎。 The multi-rotor compound impact mill consists of frame,feed,power transmission,compound impact grinding,finished product extraction,automatic thin oil lubrication,automatic monitoring and so on.The compound impact grinding part is composed of multi-rotor impact assembly and anti-impact assembly.The unit of impact assembly is the standard single rotor.Inside the counterattack rotor the impact assembly is arranged in the way of planets surrounding axis.Two feeding ports are arranged symmetrically at the upper part of the crushing chamber.The finished product is drawn from the top two sides of the extraction pipe through the extraction fan.Negative pressure is formed inside the machine.The motor drives the driving gear and the peripheral gear to rotate,then drives the rotor shaft and the impact block to throw the material outward and impact.The bottom of the center shaft drives the counterattack rotor to rotate in the opposite direction to the standard rotor through the reverse speed reducer,and the material is crushed by counterattack.
