经皮穴位电刺激在大学生运动员小腿肌肉疲劳恢复中的应用研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨经皮穴位电刺激在大学生运动员小腿肌肉疲劳恢复中的应用效果。方法:选取3所大学的360名大学生运动员作为研究对象,使用随机数字表法分为2组(每组180例)。对照组在运动结束后进行常规放松练习,干预组在对照组基础上增加经皮穴位电刺激。对比两组大学生干预前后的血乳酸(LA)、血清肌酸激酶(CK)、血尿素(BU)水平变化,以及训练疲劳症状和主观体力感觉变化。结果:干预组运动后的RPE评分为10.63±0.82,显著高于对照组的17.02±0.96,P<0.05。与运动前相比,两组运动后的LA、CK、BU水平均明显提高,干预组运动后的LA、CK、BU水平分别为(2.51±0.63)nmol/L、(232.46±11.35)U/L和(5.50±0.75)mmol/L,均显著低于对照组的(4.55±0.43)nmol/L、(291.65±12.34)U/L和(5.81±0.66)mmol/L,(P<0.05)。干预组运动后的疲劳症状评分为9.24±1.31,对照组为13.69±1.02,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:大学生运动员在训练结束后实施经皮穴位电刺激能够有效降低机体的血清CK及LA水平,缓解运动造成的肌肉疲劳,加快体力恢复,从而改善运动员的身体机能状态。 In order to explore the application effect of percutaneous acupoint electrical stimulation in the recovery of calf muscle fatigue in college athletes,360 college athletes from 3 universities were selected as research subjects.They were randomly divided into 2 groups(180 cases in each group).The control group underwent routine relaxation exercises after the end of exercise,and the intervention group underwent more percutaneous acupoint electrical stimulation.Changes of blood lactate(LA),serum creatine kinase(CK)and blood urea(BU)levels before and after intervention are compared,as well as training fatigue symptoms and subjective physical sensory changes.Results show the RPE score after exercise in the intervention group was 10.63±0.82,which was significantly higher than that of the control group of 17.02±0.96,P<0.05.The levels of LA,CK and BU in the two groups increased significantly after exercise.The levels of LA,CK and BU after exercise in the intervention group were respectively(2.51±0.63)nmol/L and(232.46±11.35)U/L and(5.50±0.75)mmol/L,which were significantly lower than(4.55±0.43)nmol/L,(291.65±12.34)U/L and(5.81±0.66)mmol/L of the control group(P<0.05).The fatigue symptom score of the intervention group after exercise was 9.24±1.31,and that of the control group was 13.69±1.02.The difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).It is concluded that the implementation of percutaneous acupoint electrical stimulation after college athletes can effectively reduce the serum CK and LA levels,relieve muscle fatigue caused by exercise,and accelerate physical recovery,thus improving the athlete′s physical function.
