新时代幼师思政课教学质量提升路径探析

摘要 培养符合时代要求的幼儿教师,落实立德树人根本任务,要巩固好思政课这个思想政治教育的主阵地。当前,幼师思政课教学中还存在一些亟需解决的问题,这些问题包括以教师为中心的教学观念有待进一步转变,教师对教学内容的安排有待进一步合理化,教学方式方法的创新有待进一步加强,教师的自身素质和人格魅力有待进一步提高等。思政课教师要不断探索提升教学质量的路径,在教学时要转变教学观念,做到主导性和主体性相统一;要优化教学内容,做到统一性和多样性相统一;要创新教学形式,做到灌输性和启发性相统一;要锤炼教学素质,做到显性教育和隐性教育相统一,推动思政课改革创新,增强思政课的思想性、理论性和亲和力,增加学生对思政课的获得感和满意度。 In order to cultivate preschool teachers in line with the requirements of the era,implement the fundamental task of moral education,it is necessary to consolidate the ideological and political education.At present,there exist some problems in the ideological and political courses,such as teacher-centered teaching,irrational teaching content,little innovation in teaching methods,teachers’quality and personality needing further improvement,etc.Ideological and political teachers should constantly improve the teaching quality,change the teaching concept,and achieve the unity of dominance and subjectivity.The teaching content should be optimized for unity and diversity.It is necessary to innovate the teaching form and achieve the unity of imparting and inspiration,the unity of explicit education and implicit education,which can enhance the ideological level,theoretical quality and affinity,and increase the students’sense of achievement and satisfaction.
