湖北第二师范学院体育教育专业培养目标与毕业要求达成度的调研与结果分析

Investigation of the Training Goals and Graduation Requirements of the Physical Education Major of Hubei University of Education

根据学校的要求,立足师范专业认证标准,针对体育教育专业人才培养方案中的“培养目标、毕业要求”等核心问题,运用访谈、问卷调查等方法对教育局、体育教研员、各院系专家、用人单位、毕业生和校友进行人才培养质量的调研,旨在掌握国家和社会对体育师范生培养质量的新要求,了解单位用人对毕业生知识、能力、素质等方面的需求变化,了解现有体育教育专业人才培养方案实际运用情况,并基于此修订和完善体育教育专业人才培养方案。

This paper is a research report on talent training quality done according to the university’s requirement and certification standards.It is carried out with interviews and questionnaire of bureau of education,physical education researchers,employers,students and alumni in order to know the new requirements for sports teachers in knowledge,ability and quality and understand the actual operation of the current talent training program so as to revise and improve the talent training program.
