吡贝地尔联合左旋多巴对帕金森病的疗效

Efficacy of Piribedil Combined with Levodopa on Parkinson’s Disease

目的探讨吡贝地尔联合左旋多巴治疗帕金森病的临床效果。方法选取郑州市第七人民医院2018年1月至2019年12月收治住院的82例帕金森病患者,采用随机数表法将入选对象分为两组,分别为观察组(41例,接受吡贝地尔联合左旋多巴治疗)和对照组(41例,接受左旋多巴治疗)。对比两组治疗前及治疗3个月后简易精神状态检查(MMSE)量表得分,血清白介素-6(IL-6)、白介素-1β(IL-1β)和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平,统一帕金森病评定量表(UPDRS)评分,诱发电位N2、P3潜伏期和P3波幅。结果治疗前,两组患者各指标相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗3个月后,观察组比对照组MMSE评分高,血清IL-6、IL-1β、TNF-α水平低,UPDRS评分低,N2、P3潜伏期短,P3波幅大,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论联合采用吡贝地尔与左旋多巴治疗帕金森病效果较理想,可有效缓解患者病情,提高患者认知功能,降低机体炎症指标。

Objective To investigate the effect of piribedil combined with levodopa in the treatment of Parkinson’s disease.Methods A total of 82 patients with Parkinson’s disease admitted to the 7th People’s Hospital of Zhengzhou from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected.The random number table method was used to divide the subjects into two groups,observation group(41 cases,treated with piribedil and levodopa)and control group(41 cases,treated with levodopa).Before and 3 months after the treatment,the scores of the Mini Mental State Examination(MMSE)Scale and the Unified Parkinson’s Disease Rating Scale(UPDRS)were compared between the two groups.The serum levels of interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-1β(IL-1β)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)were compared between the two groups.The evoked potential N2,P3 latency and P3 amplitude were compared between the two groups.Results Before the treatment,there was no statistical difference in all the indicators between the two groups(P>0.05).After 3 months of treatment,compared with control group,observation group had higher MMSE score(P<0.05),lower serum inflammatory factor(IL-6,IL-1β,TNF-α)level(P<0.05),and lower UPDRS score(P<0.05).The latency period of N2 and P3 in observation group was shorter than those in control group(P<0.05),and the amplitude of P3 was larger than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined use of piribedil and levodopa in the treatment of Parkinson’s disease could effectively relieve the patients’condition,improve the patients’cognitive function,and reduce the inflammation indicators.
