摘要
为了使热声发电系统实现最大声功捕获,提出一种基于热声发电系统声学阻抗设计方法,通过选择合适弹簧刚度系数和谐振电容参数使热声发电系统声学阻抗匹配捕获声功最大.根据相似定理和热声发电系统声学阻抗流源机理,采用类电路相量法建立声功捕获模型,推导声功函数与各元件参数关系.以直线发电机安全运行为约束条件,推导出直线发电机弹簧刚度系数和谐振电容设计表达式,通过数值计算和实验验证了优化设计方法的合理性.
In order to achieve the maximum acoustic power capturing in thermoacoustic electric generation system(TAEGS),a design method based on the acoustic impedance of TAEGS was proposed.Through selecting appropriate spring stiffness factors and resonant capacitance parameters,the maximum acoustic power capturing for the acoustic impedance matching of TAEGS was realized.According to the similarity theorem and the mechanism of acoustic impedance current source of TAEGS,a similar circuit phasor method was used to establish an acoustic power capturing model,and the relationship between the acoustic power function and the parameters of each component was deduced.Taking the safe operation of linear generator as constraint conditions,the designing expressions of spring stiffness coefficient and resonant capacitance of linear generator were derived.The rationality of optimization design method was verified by numerical calculation and experiments.
