秦岭金矿深部探矿中段高温热害治理方案探讨 被引量:3

摘要 随着深井开采矿山的不断增多,高温热害已然成为制约矿山持续发展的一大难题,尤其在深部开拓和探矿阶段,生产作业必须克服独头巷道内高温高湿的恶劣环境,严重影响工人的身心健康和工程进度。针对秦岭金矿在深部生产探矿过程中遇到的高温热害难题,通过国内外调研、理论分析、方案比选等手段研究确定了高温热害治理推荐方案为完善通风系统,采用罗茨风机进行强制通风。结合深部中段探矿作业地点实际,通过方案设计、阻力计算、风机选型开展了罗茨风机强制通风试验方案研究,以期为秦岭金矿深部探矿及地下开采提供技术支撑。 With the increasing number of deep mining operations,high temperature and heat damage has become a major problem restricting the sustainable development of mines.Especially in the deep development and exploration stage,the production must overcome the adverse environment of high temperature and high humidity in the single head tunnel,which seriously affects the physical and mental health of workers and the project progress.In view of the high temperature and heat damage challenge encountered in the production and exploration deep in Qinling Gold Mine,the recommended heat damage treatment scheme to deal with high temperature and heat damage was determined by means of domestic and foreign research,theoretical analysis and scheme comparison.The scheme turns out to be ventilation system optimization,with Roots blower used for forced ventilation.Based on the practice in the levels of deep exploration,the test on forced ventilation scheme with Roots blower was studied through scheme design,resistance calculation and fan selection,in hope that it can provide technical support for deep exploration and underground mining in Qinling Gold Mine.
