永磁铁氧体干法和湿法混料均匀性对比分析 被引量:2

摘要 通过对永磁铁氧体干法混合工艺的混料均匀性进行定量分析,发现物料在分别经过强混机、致密机、造球盘后,混料的均匀性不断提高。测量其Fe/Sr摩尔比的标准偏差分别是0.3158、0.2576、0.0569。从标准偏差的数据可以看到,物料在经过造球盘后,其均匀性达到了一个较高水平,这说明造球工序对于提高物料的均匀性具有决定性的作用。同时对湿法混合工序的混料均匀性进行定量分析,其Fe/Sr摩尔比的测量值的标准偏差是0.0794。通过对比干法和湿法两种工艺的Fe/Sr摩尔比的标准偏差,可认为干法工艺能够获得比湿法工艺更好的混料均匀性。 Through the quantitative analysis of the mixture uniformity of dry mixing process of the permanent ferrite,it is found that the uniformity of the mixture is on the increase after passing through the strong mixing machine,the densification machine and then the pelletizing plate.The standard deviations of Fe/Sr mole ratio for the mixture are 0.3158,0.2576 and 0.0569,respectively,which shows that the mixture uniformity reaches a high level after going through the pelletizing plate,and reflects that the pelletizing process plays a crucial role in improving the mixing uniformity of the material.The mixing uniformity of wet mixing process was also quantitatively analyzed,and the standard deviation Fe/Sr mole ratio for the mixture was 0.0794.Thereby,it can be concluded that a better mixing uniformity can be obtained through dry process,by comparing the standard deviations of Fe/Sr mole ratio of dry and wet mixing process.
