摘要
永磁铁氧体本身是一个相对耗能、耗水的行业。而传统的生产工序十分复杂,资源、能源消耗较大,更增加了排放负担,同时带来生产成本居高不下。采用换热系统回收利用干燥窑等高热装备的余热,可降低燃气单耗36.46%;因干燥窑等高热装备的工作效率的提升,单体产量增加144.5%,提产降耗效果显著;同时回收利用干燥窑等高热装备冷却用水以及球磨工序洗料用水,可大幅减少水资源消耗。以球磨工序一台球磨机为例,通过水资源的回收利用,一天可节约用水近10 t。
Ferrite industry is relatively high energy and water consumptive.However,the traditional manufacturing process is very complex,and the consumption of resources and energy is large,which increases the burden of emissions and brings high production costs.Using heat exchange system to recover the waste heat of drying kiln and other high heat equipment can reduce the gas consumption by 36.46%.Due to the improvement of the working efficiency of drying kiln and other high-heat equipment,the unit output increasse by 144.5%,and the effect of raising production and reducing consumption is significant.At the same time,the recycling of cooling water for high-heat equipment such as drying kiln and washing water for ball mill process can greatly reduce the consumption of water resources.Taking the ball mill as an example,the recycling of water resources can save nearly 10 tons of water a day.
