1.废纸回收利用现状分析1.1废纸回收处理现状针对废纸回收问题,即使我国相关机构对此发布了各种法律规定,但我国的废纸回收率一直处于在50%以下,如图1所示。我国废纸回收率远远低于欧美发达国家还和地区,即使在亚洲也处于垫底水平。
Aiming at the problem of waste paper recycling, this paper proposes a design concept of waste paper recycling machine to reuse waste paper, and convert waste paper into environmentally friendly pen shells to create again value. After combining different refills, the proposal allows three different writing tools: pencil, gel pen and ballpoint pen. The author focuses on considering the design of waste paper recycling machines from the perspective of sustainable design, allowing people to reflect on their own waste paper handling behavior from the source and to form a new way of recycling waste paper.
