摘要
1.易拉罐的设计发展背景易拉罐是用罐盖本身的材料经加工形成一个铆钉,外套上一拉环再铆紧,配以相适应的刻痕而成为一个完整的罐盖[1]。这一结构是美国俄亥俄州帝顿市DRT公司的艾马尔·克林安·弗雷兹在1959年发明的,该发明为制罐和饮料工业发展奠定了坚实的基础。
Zip-top cans are a common form of beverage packaging,which greatly facilitates people’s daily life.However,many design problems with zip-top cans will be found during use,transportation and recycling,such as inconvenient opening of zip-top cans,hygiene problems of zip-top cans,and storage of remaining beverages in zip-top cans.In this regard,the authors of this paper designed a questionnaire in order to understand the demand analysis of users for zip-top cans.Based on the analysis of the survey results,the authors combines the theoretical knowledge of ergonomics to improve the design of zip-top cans.
