摘要
基于水利工程深斜井物料组织制约隧洞掘进进度的实际,针对滇中引水工程大理II段2标4号斜井工程,按照洞口、斜井洞身、支洞与主洞三岔口的空间顺序,采用SketchUp对结构物及设备进行全尺寸等比例建模,通过对运输节点错位、立交、约束的方式,优化运输瓶颈,采用分区隔离运行以减少干扰,达到集中运输、快速运输的目的,从而加快施工进度。
SketchUp is adopted for full size scale modeling aiming at structures and equipment according to the space sequence of the shaft opening,inclined shaft body,branch hole and main hole divergence based on the practice that the tunnel excavation progress is restricted by water conservancy project deep inclined shaft material organization,aiming at No.4 inclined shaft project,No.2 bid,II section of Dianzhong Water Diversion Project.The transportation bottleneck is optimized through transportation node displacement,interchange and constraint mode.The partition isolation operation is adopted for reducing interference,thereby achieving the purpose of centralized transportation and rapid transportation,and accelerate the construction schedule.
