高素质农民培育的“三能力四模块”模式构建——以江苏农牧科技职业学院为例

The Construction of the Model of"Three Abilities and Four Modules"in the Cultivation of High-Quality Farmers——Taking Jiangsu Animal Husbandry and Veterinary College as an Example

高素质农民有情怀、有本领、能创新,是新型职业农民中的带头人、领头雁。在总结多年培育实践工作经验的基础上,针对不同产业、不同需求的高素质农民,以“优化技术传承能力、塑化产业发展能力、内化带动农民能力”为目标、以“教培资源聚合、中高职衔接培育、多元机制联动、培育质量保障”为核心,江苏农牧科技职业学院构建了“三能力四模块”高素质农民培育模式。

High-quality farmers have feelings,abilities and innovation,and are the leaders of new professional farmers.Based on the experience of cultivating practice for many years,aiming at the high-quality farmers with different industries and different demands,Jiangsu animal husbandry and veterinary college constructs a cultivation mode of high-quality farmers with"three abilities and four modules"with the goal of"optimizing the ability of technology inheritance,shaping ability of industry development,and internalizing ability of promoting farmers",and taking"resource aggregation of education and training,cultivation by the connection of secondary and higher vocational education,linkage of multiple mechanisms and quality assurance of cultivation"as the core.
