信息化背景下高水平职教“双师型”教师队伍建设研究

Research on the Construction of"Double Qualified"Teachers in Vocational Education under the Background of Informatization

信息化赋予了职教“双师型”教师新内涵,开辟了职教“双师型”教师队伍建设新路径,职教“双师型”教师即将面临新一轮发展变革。通过追溯职教“双师型”教师发展历程,分析信息化背景下职教“双师型”教师队伍建设存在的问题,从信息化平台建设、信息化评价手段创新、信息化人才匹配等角度提出高水平职教“双师型”教师队伍建设策略,为应用型本科院校和职业院校加强“双师型”教师队伍建设提供借鉴。

Information technology has given vocational education"double qualified"teachers new connotation,opened up a new path of vocational education"double qualified"teachers team construction,vocational education"double qualified"teachers are about to face a new round of development and reform.By tracing the development process of"double qualified"teachers in vocational education,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the construction of"double qualified"teachers in vocational education under the background of informatization,and puts forward strategies for the construction of"double qualified"teachers in high-level vocational education from the perspectives of informatization platform construction,informatization evaluation means innovation,and informatization talent matching,so as to provide reference for the construction of"double qualified"teacher team in application-oriented universities and vocational colleges.
