摘要
针对护理评价决策过程,引入基于标准化护理语言的护理结局分类,构建基于人工神经网络与模糊综合评价的护理综合评价决策系统模型。在此模型基础上,运用决策支持系统原理,参照Bonczek型决策支持系统框架结构,开发集专家系统、数据、模型及知识于一体的智能护理决策支持系统。
In view of nursing evaluation and decision-making,the nursing outcomes classification based on standardized nursing language was introduced for constructing nursing comprehensive evaluation and decision system model,which was based on artificial neural network and fuzzy synthetic evaluation.On the basis of this model,the principle of decision support system was used and Bonczek framework structure of decision support system was referred for developing a set of intelligent nursing decision support system,which could integrate expert system,data,model and knowledge.
