ICU护士情绪管理现状及其影响因素分析

Status quo of ICU nurses’emotional management and its influencing factors

目的:调查医疗机构重症监护室(ICU)护士情绪管理现状并分析其影响因素。方法:采用护士一般资料调查表和护士情绪管理量表对我国24个省、市、自治区医疗机构ICU的564名护士进行问卷调查。结果:ICU护士情绪管理量表均分为2.89(2.72,3.00)分,4个维度得分由高到低依次为情绪觉察、情绪调整、情绪运用、情绪表达。多重线性回归分析结果显示,是否倒夜班、情绪管理知识、科室医护合作关系、家庭关系进入回归方程,共解释方差变量的22.1%。结论:医疗机构ICU护士情绪管理能力处于中等水平,是否倒夜班、情绪管理知识、科室医护合作关系、家庭关系是其影响因素。

Objective:To investigate status quo of intensive care unit(ICU)nurses’emotional management in medical institutions and analyze its influencing factors.Methods:A total of 564 ICU nurses in 24 provinces,cities and autonomous regions in China were investigated with nurse general data form and Nurse Emotional Management Scale.Results:The average score of Nurse Emotion Management Scale of ICU was 2.89(2.72,3.00).The scores of four dimensions from high to low were emotion awareness,emotion adjustment,emotional application and emotional expression.The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that whether to work night shift or not,emotional management knowledge,cooperation between doctors and nurses in departments,and family relationship,entered the regression equation,which could explain 22.1%of the variation.Conclusions:Emotional management ability of ICU nurses in medical institutions was at middle level.Whether to work night shift or not,emotional management knowledge,cooperation between doctors and nurses in departments,and family relationship were the influencing factors of emotional management ability of ICU nurses.
