摘要
对运动认知功能减退综合征(MCR)相关概念、病理学机制、老年人MCR流行现状、老年人MCR影响因素以及MCR对老年人不良健康结局的预警作用进行综述,并结合我国老年护理发展状况提出建议,以期提高我国护理人员对老年人MCR的重视,促进我国老年护理服务质量提升。
To review the related concepts of motoric cognitive risk syndrome(MCR),the pathological mechanism of MCR,the epidemiological status of MCR in elderly,the influencing factors of MCR in elderly and the preventive warning effect of MCR on adverse health outcomes of elderly.To make suggestions based on development of elderly care in China.It aimed at attaching importance to elderly MCR among nursing staff and promoting improvement of quality of elderly care services.
