摘要
85000 t散货船是上海船舶研究设计院主导开发的一型超巴拿马浅吃水型散货船。与以往同尺度船型相比,有着布置集约化、轻量化、油耗更低、经济性更优等特点。该船的结构设计因严苛的空船质量要求而面临重大挑战,在满足CSR-H2018的基础上,需全方位、多层面进行结构质量优化工作。文章从该船的结构布置、计算、施工配合等方面,着重阐述了该船设计中的技术难点和有效的优化措施,为今后散货船设计提供参考。
85000 t bulk carrier is a super Panama shallow draft bulk carrier developed by SDARI.Compared with previous ships of the same scale,it has the advantages of intensive layout,lighter weight,lower fuel consumption and better economic values.The structural design of the ship is facing major challenges due to the stringent weight requirements of the empty ship.On the basis of meeting CSR-H 2018,structural weight optimization work needs to be carried out in an all-round and multi-level manner.The article focuses on the technical difficulties and effective optimization measures in the ship’s design from the ship’s structural layout,calculations and construction coordination,etc.,so as to provide a reference for future bulk carrier design.
