摘要
在船用直流固态开断装置中,大功率IGBT散热问题是制约其可靠运行的主要问题。导热硅脂涂敷与IGBT安装工艺对IGBT器件的散热效果起到非常关键的作用。以船用直流固态开断装置中的IGBT散热设计为研究对象,分析导热硅脂涂敷和IGBT安装等各个环节因素对IGBT散热效果影响,并通过对比试验验证和热仿真,验证了使用保质期内的导热硅脂对IGBT进行涂敷,并对IGBT进行正确安装,能够保证IGBT器件的散热技术要求。最后提出了对船用直流固态开断装置中IGBT导热硅脂涂覆和IGBT安装工艺的指导性建议。
In the marine DC solid-state-breaking device, the problem of high power IGBT heat dissipation is the main limit issue for its operation. Thermal conductive silicone grease coating and installation process plays a key role in the heat dissipation effect of IGBT devices. The heat dissipation design of IGBT in marine DC solid-state switching device is taken as the research object. The influence of various factors of the thermal grease coating and IGBT installation on the IGBT heat dissipation is analyzed. Through comparative test verification and thermal simulation, it is verified that the heat dissipation technical requirements of IGBT devices can be ensured by using thermal conductive silicone grease within the shelf life and the correct installation of IGBT. It puts forward guidance suggestions of IGBT thermal conductive silicone grease coating and IGBT installation process in the device.
