军队医院COVID-19疫情防控实践回顾与思考

Review and Reflection on COVID-19 Prevention and Control Practices in Military Hospital

目的对新型冠状病毒肺炎(corona virus disease 2019,COVID-19)疫情防控实践进行回顾思考,为未来应对重大突发公共卫生事件提供实践参考。方法采用回顾分析的方法对某军队医院COVID-19疫情期间开展的防控举措进行系统梳理并提出思考建议。结果 (1)主要疫情防控策略:精准研判防控任务;科学构建救治体系;严格落实防疫措施;军地一体联防联控。(2)思考建议:建牢生物安全防线;建强区域疫情防控力量;建实物资储备基数。结论军队医院在应对重大疫情等突发公共卫生事件中发挥着重要作用,但在军地指挥协同、疫情防控力量构建以及防疫物资储备等方面需进一步加强。

Objective To review and reflect on the prevention and control practices of corona virus disease 2019(COVID-19) of author′s hospital, to provide practical reference for the prevention and control of major public health emergency in the future.Methods Through the methods of retrospective analysis,the prevention and control measures which carried out in a military hospital during the COVID-19 epidemic were summarized and the suggestions were put forward.Results(1)Main epidemic prevention and control strategies: accurate research and control tasks, scientific construction of treatment system, strict implementation of epidemic prevention measures, military-local integration of joint prevention and control.(2)Thinking and suggestion: building a bio-security defense,strengthen regional forces for epidemic prevention and control,build a solid material reserve base.Conclusion Military hospitals play an important role in responding to major epidemics and other public health emergencies. However, the areas of coordination between military and local command, the construction of epidemic prevention and control forces, and the storage of epidemic prevention materials should be strengthened.
