摘要
以(Z)-2-(2-氨基噻唑-4-基)-2-乙基氧羰基甲氧基亚氨乙酸为起始原料,经酯化反应、缩合反应合成得到头孢克肟有关物质头孢克肟乙酯(EP-F),并对其进行了HPLC、 LC-MS、 NMR确证以及碳氢信号的归属,为头孢克肟质量研究提供参考。
A related substance of cefixime(EP-F) was synthesized through esterification and condensation using(Z)-2-(2-aminothiazol-4-yl)-2-ethyloxycarbonylmethoxyiminoacetic acid as starting material. This substance was confirmed by HPLC, LC-MS, and NMR while these testing method could be used for quality control of cefixime.
