基于专利信息分析的我国区块链技术创新路径研究 被引量:4

摘要 随着区块链技术在众多领域进行应用,越来越多的人开始注意到它的广阔前景。基于专利信息对我国区块链技术及其分支领域进行专利申请趋势、法律状态、地区分布、申请人分布在内的技术创新态势与IPC构成、技术关联、技术功效在内的研发态势分析。结果表明,我国区块链技术目前处于高速发展期,在全国呈现东强西弱的技术格局,研发主体较为分散尚未形成优势企业,技术研发重点集中在数据层与应用层的提高安全性与提高效率领域,激励层与网络层技术的专利数量不足。针对分析结论提出我国区块链技术在政府、企业、高校科研院所层面的创新路径建议。 With the application of blockchain technology in many fields,more and more people are beginning to notice its broad prospects.Analyze technology innovation trends including patent application trends,legal status,regional distribution,and distribution of applicants on China's blockchain technology and its branches,as well as research and development trends including IPC composition,technology associations,technical efficacy,and important patents.The results show that China's blockchain technology is currently in a period of rapid development,presenting a technological pattern of strong east and weak west across the country.The research and development entities are relatively scattered and have not yet formed advantageous companies.The technology research and development focuses on improving the security and improvement of the data layer and the application layer.In the field of efficiency,the number of patents for incentive layer and network layer technologies is insufficient.According to the analysis conclusion,the innovation path of China's blockchain technology at the level of government,enterprises,and university research institutes is proposed.
