摘要
欧冶炉煤气透平膨胀余压发电(TRT)原设计为高温煤气发电装置,吨铁发电量达到50kW.h。因能源安全使用要求,将高温煤气进行洗涤脱水处理,TRT入口煤气温度由150℃降低至45℃。高温TRT变为低温TRT运行,发电量吨铁降低至12kW.h。在运行过程中出现设备故障,经过一系列的改进和优化,实现了在45℃煤气温度情况下TRT发电量稳定在25.5kW.h/t铁,欧冶炉煤气系统也实现了稳定运行。
The TRT of OY Furnace was originally designed as a high temperature gas power generation device,with a power generation capacity of 50kW.h per ton of iron.Due to the requirement of energy safety,the high temperature gas was washed and dehydrated,and the temperature of TRT inlet gas was reduced from 150℃to 45℃.The high temperature TRT is changed into low temperature TRT,and the power output per ton of iron is reduced to 12kW.h.After a series of adjustment and improvement,the TRT power generation is stable at 25.5kW.h per ton of iron at 45℃gas temperature,and the gas system of OY Furnace also realizes stable operation.
