水安全战略下长江流域治理体系建设研究

Research on the Construction of the Yangtze River Basin Governance System under the Water Security Strategy

梳理了长江流域水安全保障现状,分析了长江流域水安全存在的问题,围绕水安全战略的总体目标,提出应从补齐短板、修复生态、调整思路和强化管理四方面提升长江流域治理体系能力建设。

From four aspects the current situation of water security in the Yangtze River Basin is analyzed.The article analyzes the existing problems of water security in the Yangtze River Basin,and focuses on the overall goals of the water security strategy,and proposes to improve the capacity building of the Yangtze River Basin governance system from four aspects:filling shortcomings,restoring ecology,adjusting ideas and strengthening management.
