摘要 2020年,长江流域发生了继1998年以后又一次流域性大洪水,作为长江中下游和上游的特大城市,武汉和重庆汛情较为严峻,但应对城市洪涝灾害的方案并不相同。本文以武汉和重庆为例,分析对比汛情下城市内涝防汛中的决策、预警预报与防洪调度、水利设施等方面情况,以期对城市洪涝灾害研究与防治问题有所借鉴。 The flood situation in the Yangtze River basin is severe in 2020.Wuhan and Chongqing,as mega-cities in the middle and upper reaches of the Yangtze River,have different plans and situations in dealing with urban flood disasters,but their performance is remarkable.Taking Wuhan and Chongqing as examples,this paper discusses the decision-making,early warning and forecast,flood control dispatching,water conservancy facilities of urban flood control and drainage under flood situation,in order to provide reference for urban flood control and drainage construction.
