The article analyzes the regional socio-economic profile,water quality status and existing water environmental problems,and puts forward the necessity and overall thinking of promoting water quality protection through regional green development.This article puts forward the four-in-one countermeasures of emission reduction at the source of industrial transformation,end-of-pollution control,ecological restoration,enhanced pollution interception,and enhanced supervision and implementation of responsibilities,in order to provide a reference for water quality protection in this region and related departments.
