高校一流学科建设“热”背后的“冷”思考

“Cold” Thinking Behind the “Hot” Construction of First-class Disciplines in Universities

世界一流学科的建设直接关系到我国社会经济的发展和原始创新能力的塑造,承担着提升国家核心竞争力的时代重任。然而,在当前的建设过程中,面临着诸如功利化、质量与效率低下、内生发展动力不足、学科生态系统遭到破坏等一系列问题,严重阻碍了我国一流学科建设的持续推进与发展,影响了我国高等教育强国的建设进程。为此需要注重对学科社会影响的评价,强化一流学科建设的服务导向;改进一流建设学科的认定方式,充分保障学科建设的质量和效率;强化学院学科建设主体责任,激发学科全体成员的内在动力;坚持分类评价的原则,制定分门别类的学科评估标准;聚焦重大现实问题,建立交叉学科研究中心,以此来提升一流学科建设的质量,培育出具有世界影响的一流学科。

The construction of world-class discipline is directly related to the development of China ’s social economy and the shaping of original innovation ability, and bears the important task of enhancing the national core competitiveness.However, the current construction process is faced with a series of problems, such as utilitarian, low quality and efficiency, lack of endogenous development power, ruining the discipline ecosystem and so on, which can seriously hinder the continuous promotion and development of China’s first-class discipline construction, and affect the construction process of China’s powerful higher education. Therefore, it is necessary to pay attention to the evaluation of the social impact of disciplines, enhance the service orientation of the construction of first-class disciplines, improve the identification method of first-class construction discipline, fully guarantee the quality and efficiency of discipline construction, strengthen the subject responsibility of discipline construction of the university, stimulate the internal motivation of all members of the discipline, adhere to the principle of classification evaluation, formulate different discipline evaluation standards, focus on major practical issues, and establish an interdisciplinary research center. Only in this way, can we improve the quality of first-class discipline construction and cultivate first-class disciplines with world influence.
