摘要
根据当前就业形势,分析高校学生"就业软实力"的内涵和现实意义。立足中华优秀传统文化中的人文精神和道德观念,探索了在提升大学生"就业软实力"上体现出的功能和价值,包括更新教育观念和教育评价机制,开设人文课程,营造校园文化氛围,开展社会实践活动和搭建新媒体平台等多种具体途径,借此提高大学生的就业竞争力。
According to the current employment situation, this paper analyzes the connotation and practical significance of employment soft power of college students. Based on the humanistic spirit and moral concept in excellent traditional Chinese culture, the paper also discusses its function and value in promoting the employment soft power of college students, as well as a variety of ways to improve the employment competitiveness of college students, including updating the educational concept and evaluation mechanism, offering humanity courses, creating campus culture, carrying out social practice activities, and setting up new media platforms.
