γ-MPS与10-MDP的相互作用对10-MDP-Ca盐形成的影响

摘要 目的评价包含10-MDP的处理剂中添加不同含量的硅烷偶联剂γ-MPS与羟基磷灰石(HAp)作用对形成10-MDP-Ca盐的影响。方法在配置质量分数为10%的10-MDP溶液中加入不同质量分数(0%、5%、10%、15%)的γ-MPS获得混合处理剂,同时也制备质量分数为0%、5%、10%、15%的硅烷溶液。将处理剂与羟基磷灰石反应获得反应残余物。傅里叶转换红外光谱分析和X射线衍射分析用于评价10-MDP-Ca盐的形成情况。结果红外光谱结果发现,含有10-MDP的处理剂处理后,反应残余物中存在10-MDP的甲基丙烯氧基羰基峰。而质量分数为5%、10%、15%的γ-MPS溶液处理后,图谱与对照组相比无差异。X射线衍射结果发现在10-MDP溶液中加入质量分数为10%或15%的γ-MPS,反应残余物的图谱较质量分数为10%的10-MDP组有明显差异。结论 10-MDP可以和HAp反应形成10-MDP-钙盐,γ-MPS不能直接与HAp反应。质量分数为10%或15%γ-MPS的添加抑制了10-MDP-钙盐的形成。 Objective To evaluate the effect of 10-MDP treatment agent added with a silane coupling agent(γ-MPS) on the formation of 10-MDP-Ca salts. Methods The experimental primer was obtained by adding different mass fractions(0%,5%,10%,15%) of γ-MPS to 10% 10-MDP solution. Silane solutions of different mass fractions(5%,10%,15%) were also prepared. The primer reacted with hydroxyapatite(HAp) to obtain residual recants. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR) and X-ray diffraction analysis(XRD) were performed to evaluate the formation of 10-MDP-Ca salts. Results Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy showed that the peak of methacryloxy carbonyl group of 10-MDP was detected in the residual recants after treatment with primer containing 10-MDP. After treatment with different mass fractions of γ-MPS, there was no difference when compared with the control group. X-ray diffraction results indicated that the residual recants were significantly different from that of the 10% 10-MDP group when 10% or 15%γ-MPS were added. Conclusion 10-MDP can react with HAp to form 10-MDP-Ca salts, while γ-MPS cannot react with HAp. 10% or 15% γ-MPS inhibits the formation of 10-MDP-Ca salts.
