不同替抗添加剂组合对保育猪生长性能及血清生化指标的影响 被引量:12

摘要 试验旨在比较3种替抗添加剂组合对保育猪生长性能、血液生化指标的影响。选择体重相近的21日龄断奶三元杂交仔猪60头,随机分为4组,每组3个重复,每个重复5头猪,分别饲喂含15%金霉素预混剂500 g/t+50%吉他霉素预混剂100 g/t的抗生素日粮(对照组);1 000 g/t酸化剂+500 g/t酶制剂+500 g/t微生态制剂+300 g/t精油的无抗日粮(A组);1 000 g/t酸化剂+500 g/t酶制剂+500 g/t微生态制剂+500 g/t辣椒碱的无抗日粮(B组);1 000 g/t酸化剂+500 g/t酶制剂+500 g/t微生态制剂+500 g/t抗菌肽的无抗日粮(C组),饲养期为20 d。结果表明:日粮中添加不同替抗添加剂组合有提高平均日采食量(ADFI)、平均日增重(ADG)和降低饲料转化率(FCR)的趋势,但各组间无显著差异(P>0.05)。与较抗生素组相比,试验A、B、C组血清中总蛋白(TP)含量分别显著提高21.97%、34.61%和37.63%(P<0.05),球蛋白(GLB)含量分别显著提高34.93%、43.42%和52.84%(P<0.05)。试验A、C组葡萄糖(GLU)含量较抗生素组分别显著提高33.07%、41.60%(P<0.05),试验C组GLU含量较试验B组显著提高25.98%(P<0.05)。研究表明,不同替抗添加剂组合对保育猪的生长性能和血清生化指标均有不同程度的改善作用,其中1 000 g/t酸化剂+500 g/t酶制剂+500 g/t微生态制剂+500 g/t抗菌肽组合替代抗生素的效果较佳。 The purpose of the experiment was to compare the effect of three combinations of substitute additives on growth performance and serum biochemical indexes of nursery pig. A total of 60 ternary crossbred piglets at 21 days old with similar body weight were selected and randomly divided into four groups, three replicates in each group, five pigs in each replicate. Feed antibiotic diets containing 15% chlortetracycline premix 500 g/t + 50% kitasamycin premix 100 g/t(control group);1 000 g/t acidulant + 500 g/t enzyme preparation + 500 g/t probiotics + 300 g/t essential oil anti-antibioticfree diet(group A);1 000 g/t acidulant + 500 g/t enzyme preparation + 500 g/t probiotics + 500 g/t capsaicin anti-antibiotic diet(group B);1 000 g/t acidulant+500 g/t enzyme preparation+500 g/t microecological preparation+500 g/t antimicrobial peptide anti-antibiotic diet(group C), the feeding period was 20 d. The results showed that there was a tendency of increasing ADFI, ADG and FCR, but there was no significant difference between groups(P>0.05). Compared with antibiotic group, TP content in serum of test group A, B and C was significantly increased by 21.97%, 34.61% and 37.63%(P<0.05), and GLB content was significantly increased by 34.93%, 43.42% and 52.84%(P<0.05). Compared with the antibiotic group, the GLU content in group A and group C significantly increased by 33.07% and 41.60%(P<0.05), and the GLU content in group C significantly increased by 25.98%compared with group B(P<0.05). The difference between group A and group C was not significant(P>0.05). The reseach indicated that the growth performance and serumbiochemical indexes of the nursery pigs were improved to different degrees by using different substitution additives, among which 1 000 g/t +500 g/t enzyme preparation + 500 g/t microecological preparation + 500 g/t antimicrobial peptide combination had the best effect instead of antibiotics.
