日粮中添加乙酸对大骨鸡消化器官、小肠黏膜形态和血清激素的影响 被引量:3

摘要 试验旨在探讨日粮中添加乙酸对大骨鸡消化器官、小肠黏膜形态和血清激素的影响。试验选取1日龄健康大骨鸡,公、母各半,随机分为2组,试验组在基础日粮中添加0.50%的乙酸,试验期为15 d。结果表明:日粮添加0.50%的乙酸对大骨鸡肝脏指数、胰腺指数、肌胃指数、腺胃指数无显著影响(P>0.05),小肠指数显著提高(P<0.05);小肠绒毛高度显著提高(P<0.05);血清胰岛素样生长因子-1 (IGF-1)显著提高(P<0.05)。研究表明,日粮中添加0.5%的乙酸可以改善大骨鸡的小肠黏膜形态,促进小肠绒毛的生长发育,提高其生长性能。 The study aims to investigate the effect of adding acetic acid in the diet on the digestive organs, small intestinal mucosal morphology and serum hormones of Dagu chicken. The experiment selected one-day-old healthy big-bone chickens, half in male and female, and randomly divided into two groups. The experimental group was supplemented with0.50% acetic acid in the basic diet for 15 d. After the test, the digestive organ index, small intestinal mucosa morphology and serum hormones of the big bone chicken were measured. The results showed that: 0.50% acetic acid in the diet had no significant effect on the liver index, pancreas index, gizzard index, and proventriculus index(P>0.05), and the small intestine index increased significantly(P<0.05). The small intestinal villi height was significantly increased(P<0.05).Serum hormone IGF-1 was significantly increased(P<0.05). It can be seen that adding 0.5% acetic acid to the diet can improve the morphological structure of the small intestinal mucosa of large bone chickens, promote the growth and development of small intestinal villi, and improve its growth performance.
