摘要
2019年4月,吉林省某猪场发生大规模腹泻,发病率高达100%,临床以水样腹泻、低烧、采集量减退为特征。文章就该病例通过流行病学调查、病理剖检、组织观察以及实验室病原分离鉴定等系列深入研究,最终确诊该猪场爆发的是猪流行性腹泻疫病。
In April 2019, a large-scale diarrhea occurred in a pig farm in Jilin Province, with an incidence rate as high as100%. The clinical features were watery diarrhea, low-grade fever, and decreased collection volume. Through a series of in-depth studies on this case, such as epidemiological investigation, pathological examination, tissue observation, and laboratory pathogen isolation and identification, it was finally confirmed that the porcine epidemic diarrhea disease broke out on the farm.
