大工业用户多具有生产不可间断、用气压力需求稳定、对天然气热值需求恒定等特点。针对以上特点,从合理配置气源、科学选择工艺流程及工艺设备,合理确定供气压力等,总结了燃气配套工程设计的注意事项,以期降低投资成本,提升稳定供应能力。

Industry consumer mostly can’t terminate the production,damand for natural gas pressure stable,damand for heating value is constant.In view of the above characteristics,from the reasonable allocation of gas source,scientific selection of process flow and process equipment and reasonable determination of gas supply pressure,this paper summarizes the matters needing attention in the design of gas supporting engineering,in order to reduce the investment cost and improve the stable supply capacity.
