摘要
基于某矿区早期公路结构大修设计方案分析,以弯曲变形、拉应力及车辙深度三个参数指标确定了结构一~结构四模型极限荷载为167.4 kN,152.1 kN,94 kN,119.3 kN,并以结构二模型为设计方案,开展设计技术优化,其中方案二路面结构使用寿命费用降低稳定,且大修单价最低,中修次数合理,减少工程手续费用,不仅提高大修结构路面经济效益,且能维护及延长路面寿命,故以方案二为最佳选择,为公路路面结构大修设计技术的优化提供一定的参考依据。
Based on the analysis of the design scheme of early highway structure overhaul in a mining area,three parameters of bending deformation,tensile stress and rut depth are used to determined.The limit loads of structure 1~structure 4 models as 167.4 kN,152.1 kN,94 kN,and 119.3 kN.The design of the structure two model is used as a design plan to optimize the design technology.Among them,the cost of the service life of the structure of the structure of the second plan is reduced and stable,and the unit price of the overhaul is the lowest,the number of mid-repair is reasonable,and engineering procedures and costs are reduced,not only improving the economic benefits of the overhaul structure.And can maintain and extend the road life,so plan 2 is the best choice.The paper provides some reference for the optimization of the design technology of highway pavement structure overhaul.
