中式烹饪对被动式建筑耗能影响的实践研究

Practical study on the influence of Chinese cooking on passive houses energy consumption

被动房以极低的能耗和实惠的成本提供最佳可能的舒适室内环境。在室内环境达到理想需求的状态下,厨房的抽油烟机的开启以及中式烹饪将对被动房内相对脆弱的平衡环境产生重要的影响。对此展开相关研究,针对抽油烟机在正常使用状态下及正常家庭烹饪对被动房的热工影响作用,根据模拟结果提出合理化建议。

Passive room provides the best possible comfortable indoor environment with extremely low energy consumption and affordable cost.When the indoor environment reaches the ideal demand,the opening of the kitchen range hood and Chinese cooking will have an important impact on the relatively fragile balance environment in the passive room.In this paper,the relevant research is carried out,aiming at the thermal effect of the range hood in the normal use state and the normal family cooking on the passive room,reasonable suggestions are put forward according to the simulation results.
