摘要
选择某医院建设项目进行了实例研究,通过对实例中每个变更数据统计分析,得出了各参建主体方变更的16种变更因素,并分析每个变更影响因素对造价影响的程度,识别出最敏感的变更因素,找出对敏感性因素更高效、经济可行的变更控制方法,对医院变更控制有事半功倍的效果。
In this paper,a hospital construction project was selected for a case study.Through the statistical analysis of each change data in the case,16 change factors of each participant were obtained,and the degree of impact of each change factor on the cost was analyzed.The most sensitive change factors were identified,and a more efficient and economically feasible change control method was found,which can get twice the result with half the effort for the hospital change control.
