摘要 为了降低红外相机测量目标温度时观测距离导致的测温误差,本文研究了红外相机测量结果距离补偿方法,测量了不同观测距离下黑体的温度值。通过指数模型、高次曲线模型、分段二次曲线模型构建测量模型,对不同模型进行误差补偿,通过对比多项式和指数拟合函数的相关系数,提出了温度-距离的分段二次曲线分布模型。实验结果表明:红外热像仪的测温误差随着目标的测量距离的增大而增加,利用所建模型对测温数据进行误差补偿,得到红外测温值与真实值最大相对误差为0.87%,提高了测温精度。 In order to reduce the measurement error caused by the observation distance when the infrared camera measures the temperature of a target,the distance compensation method for the infrared camera measurement results was designed,by which the temperature of a blackbody was measured at different observation distances.The measurement models were constructed by the exponential model,the high order curve model and the piecewise quadratic curve model.And then the error compensation was carried out for different models.By comparing the correlation coefficients of the polynomial and exponential fitting function,the piecewise quadratic curve distribution model of temperature distance was proposed.The experimental results show that the measurement error of the infrared thermal imager increases with the distance of the target and that the maximum relative error between the measured value and the real value is 0.87%,indicating the improvement in the measurement accuracy.
