摘要
通过正交实验设计,研究TTL-HS水质硫化物酸化吹气仪实际样品分析前处理的最佳条件:吹气时间不少于40 min,载气速率不小于500 mL/min,水浴温度60℃,其余条件与GB/T 16489-1996所述一致。通过近4个月12个地表水实际样品的分析可知,回收率为90.1%~97.5%,RSD≤2.4%,此条件下水质硫化物样品分析回收率高,稳定性好,省时高效。
Through orthogonal experimental design,the research studies the optimum test conditions for TTL-HS water quality sulphide acidification nitrogen purge instrument used for pretreatment of detection actual samples.Gassing time is not less than 40 minutes,the nitrogen purge rate is not less than 500ml/min,the water bath temperature is 60℃,and the other conditions are consistent with national standard GB/T 16489-1996.And analysis of 12 actual surface water samples in the last 4 months shows that the recovery rate is 90.1%~97.5%and RSD≤2.4%.Under these experimental conditions,the water quality sulfide samples is of high recovery rate,high stability,time saving and high efficiency.
