摘要
以二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)为溶剂、去离子水为反溶剂,制备芹菜素微粉,采用单因素分析法和响应面设计法优化制备工艺。研究结果表明:泊洛沙姆188浓度4 mg/mL、芹菜素浓度20 mg/mL、体积比15、搅拌速度1600 r/min、反应温度25℃,随着药物浓度、体积比、搅拌速度的增加,MPS呈现先减小后增大的趋势。
Through taking DMF as solvent and deionized water as anti-solvent to prepare apigenin micro mist,the research adopts single factor analysis method and response surface design method to optimize preparation technology.The research results show that poloxamer 188 concentration is 4 mg/mL,apigenin concentration is 20 mg/mL,volume ratio is 15,stirring rate is 1600 r/min,and reaction temperature is 25℃.With the increase of drug concentration,volume ratio and stirring rate,MPS appears the trend decrease first and then increase.
