健脾通络汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床效果分析

Analysis of the Clinical Effect of Spleen-invigorating and Tongluo Soup Treatment on Chronic Atrophic Gastritis

探究健脾通络汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床治疗效果。选取泾川县中医医院收治的80例慢性萎缩性胃炎患者,按照随机抽签的方法分为观察组和对照组,每组各40例。对照组采取西医治疗方法,观察组采取健脾通络汤治疗,对比两组慢性胃炎患者的治疗效果和并发症发生率。结果表明,观察组患者胃脘痛、上腹胀、嗳气、反酸、纳呆食少五项症状显著低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患者的总体生活质量显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。运用健脾通络汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的效果非常显著。

The research explores the clinical effect of spleen-invigorating and tongluo soup treatment on chronic atrophic gastritis.80 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis in Jingchuan County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine are selected,and they are divided into observation group and control group according to random draw method,with 40 patients in each group.Control group receive western medicine treatment method,and observation group receive spleen-invigorating and tongluo soup treatment.Treatment effect and complication rate of two groups are compared.Five symptoms,including epigastric pain,epigastic distention,belching,sour regurgitation,and indigestion and loss of appetite,are significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).Total living quality of observation group is significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).Spleen-invigorating and Tongluo soup treatment has very significant effect on chronic atrophic gastritis.
