X线与CT检查对肺部肿瘤的诊断价值比较

Comparison of the Diagnostic Value of X-Ray and CT Examination on Lung Tumor

比较X线与多层螺旋CT对肺部肿瘤患者的诊断效果。选取41例肺部肿瘤患者为研究对象,患者入院后均进行CT和X线影像诊断,分析两种诊断方式的准确度,记录两种检查方式的医学指标,比较组间差异。在本次实验结果中,CT诊断,41例肺部肿瘤患者的总检出率为92.68%,误诊率为0,出现3例漏诊情况,诊断准确率高于X线的70.73%,数据差异显著(P<0.05)。检查结果显示,X线检查方式的检查时间、检查费用均显著低于CT(P<0.05)。在对肺部肿瘤患者进行治疗时,将多层螺旋CT应用于诊断中,X线检查的经济学价值较好,这种检查方式能够达到70%的诊断准确率,诊断时可以根据患者的需求合理调整诊断方案。

The research compares the diagnostic value of X-ray and CT examination on lung tumor.41 patients with lung tumor are selected.The patients are diagnosed by CT examination and X-ray after admission to the hospital.Accuracy degrees of two diagnostic methods are analyzed,and medicine indexes of two examination methods are recorded.The differences between two groups are compared.The total detection rate of 41 patients with lung tumor is 92.68%,misdiagnosis rate is 0,and there are 3 cases under missed diagnosis.The accuracy rate of diagnosis in CT is higher than 70.73%in X-ray.There is statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The check results show that check time and expense of X-ray examination are lower than CT(P<0.05).Multislice spiral CT can be applied in diagnosis of patients with lung tumor.X-ray examination has better economic value,and the diagnostic accuracy rate reaches 70%.Patients can rationally adjust diagnostic scheme according to the demand.
