摘要
评价饮食护理干预对胃炎胃溃疡患者的负性心理与生存质量的影响。对80例胃炎胃溃疡患者采用随机抽样法将其分为常规组与饮食干预组,每组各40例。常规组接受常规胃溃疡护理,饮食干预组在此基础上进行针对性饮食护理干预,对两组HAMD、HAMA测评分值与生存质量展开比较。两组护理前的HAMD、HAMA测评分值比较差异不显著(P>0.05)。饮食干预组护理后HAMD、HAMA评分显著低于常规组(P<0.05)。饮食干预组护理后的疾病控制、健康感觉、睡眠质量、日常饮食与日常活动评分均显著高于常规组(P<0.05)。对胃炎胃溃疡患者在常规胃溃疡护理的基础上进行饮食护理有助于消除患者的负性心理,并有效提升患者的生存质量。
The research evaluates the influence of diet nursing intervention on the negative psychology and quality of life of patients with gastritis and gastric ulcer.80 patients with gastritis and gastric ulcer are randomly divided into routine group and diet intervention group,with 40 patients in each group.Routine group receive routine gastric ulcer nursing,and diet intervention group receive targeted diet nursing intervention based on routine treatment.HAMD and HAMA evaluation score,and quality of life of two groups are compared.There is no significant difference in HAMD and HAMA evaluation score before treatment of two groups(P>0.05).HAMD and HAMA scores of diet intervention group is significantly lower than routine group after nursing(P<0.05).The scores of disease control,health feeling,sleep quality,diet and daily activities of diet intervention group are significantly higher than routine group after intervention(P<0.05).Diet nursing intervention based on routine nursing of patients with gastritis and gastric ulcer is beneficial to eliminate the patient’s negative psychology,and effectively improve patient’s quality of life.
