Application of Project Management in Radio and Television Engineering Construction

为加强项目管理在广电工程建设中的应用,促进广播电视的发展,分析了项目管理和广播电视工程的主要内容,指出了广电工程建设中存在的问题,即项目管理发展受限,信息网络管理机制不完善,信息网络技术应用不足。提出了项目管理应用于广电工程建设的方法。应结合实际进行项目设计,控制项目成本、质量,运用信息网络技术,对项目实施安全管理,严控建设速度。

In order to strengthen the application of project management in radio and television engineering construction,and to promote the development of radio and television,the research analyzes the main contents of the project management,and radio and television engineering;points out the problems in radio and television engineering construction,i.e.the limitation of project management development,the imperfect network management mechanism,and the insufficient information network technology application.The research also proposes the method of project management application in radio and television project construction.It is suggested to do project design according to the reality,control project cost and quality,apply information network technology,implement project safety management,and strictly control construction speed.
