“微时代”视域下高校网络舆情传播机制研究

在互联网交互技术与传播技术深刻发展的时代,以微博、微信、微视频为典型代表的微媒介技术通过潜移默化的方式,逐渐改变个体之间的信息通讯交流路径并逐步影响了社会舆情信息的传播模式与传播速度,高校网络舆情管控监督工作面临着“微时代”新时期下的挑战与机遇,正确及时稳妥地引导高校舆情传播,对于高校开展学生思想政治教育工作、落实“立德树人”根本任务与根本使命、稳定校园线上线下舆论秩序与促进信息安全、构建和谐安全有序的校园文化环境氛围,具有重要的意义。以数据分析与数据挖掘为特征分析方法,构建新型高校舆情信息传播系统动力学模型,研究“微时代”视域下高校网络舆情传播机制研究,通过分析“微时代”高校舆情信息传播系统的信任机制、二次传播特性、直接免疫特性对传播阈值与传播曲线的影响特征,总结“微时代”视域下高校网络舆情传播机制规律。增强高校学生对于官方网络信息渠道的信任程度、做好网络舆情信息防范预案并切断舆情二次传播渠道、常态化加强学生理性思考能力增强舆情信息“免疫力”,对于提升高校网络舆情工作效能与控制高校舆情传播具有重要意义,并基于此提出靶向建议与措施。

In the era of profound development of internet interaction technology and communication technology,the typical representative of media technology such as Weibo,WeChat,and micro-video,in a subtle way,gradually changes the way of the information communication between the individuals and gradually affects the propagation mode and transmission speed of the public opinion information.At the time,supervision of university network public opinion is faced with the challenges and the opportunities in the new era of micro-era.It is of great significance for universities to carry out student ideological and political education,implement the fundamental task and mission of cultivating people with moral integrity,stabilize the order of campus online and offline public opinion and promote the security of information,construct a harmonious and safe cultural environment in the campus.This paper takes data analysis and data mining as the feature analysis methods,constructing the dynamic model of the new type of the university public opinion information dissemination system and studying the network public opinion transmission mechanism in the universities in the micro-era.Through the analysis of the micro-era public opinion information transmission system of the trust mechanism,secondary-communication characteristics,direct immune characteristics of the influence to the transmission threshold and transmission curve,this paper sums up the law of network public opinion communication mechanism in universities under the horizon of micro-era.The methods of enhancing the trust of college students to the official network information channel,consummating network public opinion information prevention plans with cutting off the secondary communication channel of public opinion and strengthening students rational thinking ability and public opinion information“immunity”are of great significance to improve the efficiency of network public opinion and control the spread of public opinion in universities.This study makes the targeted suggestions accordingly.
