摘要 相控阵天线时卫星雷达天线的发展方向之一,但由于价格高昂,多年来制约了其在星载平台的发展。随着近年来新材料、新器件的面世及发展,如TR组件专用多功能芯片、MEMS移相器、SiGe芯片、CMOS芯片等技术在不断发展。采用这些先进技术,可有效降低相控阵天线的成本。 Phased array antenna is one of the development directions of satellite radar antenna,but its high price has restricted its development in satellite platform for many years.With the advent and development of new materials and devices in recent years,technologies such as multifunctional chips for TR modules,MEMS phase shifters,SiGe chips and CMOS chips are constantly developing.With these advanced technologies,the cost of phased array antenna can be effectively reduced.
