摘要
从光电转换盒测试原理出发,分析了其关键参数,提出了一种校准方法,经实验数据处理验证和不确定度评定,非线性度校准扩展不确定度为2.1%。
Starting from the test principle of the photoelectric conversion box,its key parameters are analyzed,and a simple calibration method is proposed.After experimental data processing verification and uncertainty evaluation,the nonlinearity calibration has an extended uncertainty of 2.1%.
