摘要 随着建筑设计及施工技术的发展,各种异构建筑不断涌现,传统的全站仪测量方法难以有效获取面积计算数据。本文以某异构办公大楼为例,通过研究激光点云特点,给出其在规划面积核实测量中的解决方案。通过成果分析,验证了三维激光扫描技术在异构建筑规划面积核实测量中具有良好的应用前景。 With the development of architectural design and construction technology,irregular buildings keep emerging,and it is difficult to effectively calculate area by using traditional total station. Taking an irregular office building as an example,this paper gives its solution in verification measurement of planning area by using laser points cloud. Through the analysis of results,it verifies that 3 D laser scanning technology has a good application prospect in verification measurement of planning area of irregular buildings.
